North Texas SC has signed FC Dallas Academy midfielder Marlon Luccin to a two-year MLS NEXT Pro professional contract with a club option for 2027.

Luccin is the son of former FC Dallas interim head coach and player Peter Luccin.

Born in Madrid, Spain, Luccin joined the FC Dallas Academy U12 team and has competed in several top tournaments, including the Generation adidas Cup (2022, 2024), Dallas Cup (2023), and Liga MX Internacional (2023, 2024). In 2017, he helped his team finish as runner-up in the Prospects Cup.

Most recently, he played for the FC Dallas U18 team during the 2024 season. He also attended the 2024 North Texas SC preseason camp as an Academy player.


With Luccin’s signing, North Texas SC has signed 11 FC Dallas Academy products to MLS NEXT Pro contracts: Daniel Baran, Jaidyn Contreras, Diego Pepi, Alejandro Urzua, Anthony Ramirez, Dylan Lacy, Kaka Scabin, Caleb Swann, Malachi Molina, and Zach Molomo.
