FC Dallas resumes its nine-game road trip tonight with a clash in Southern California against San Diego FC.

What Changed From Last Match
We have a couple of changes from the game Wednesday night in Portland. Petar Musa returns to the starting lineup, next to Patrickson Delgado. Both Santiago Moreno and Logan Farrington rotate out to the bench.
Elsewhere, Ran Binyamin returns to the wings in the midfield. Expect him to slot in both as a winger and a fullback in this one, depending on how the team needs to play on the defensive side.

Who should come off the bench?
We knew the rotation would hit for this one after a game on Wednesday. I would anticipate Farrington, Moreno and Bernard Kamungo to be easy options off the bench. I’d also expect Herman Johansson and Sam Sarver at some point in this one as well.
But depending how on this one is going, we could see Anderson Julio earn some minutes for the first time since late February.
Key Question Heading Into Kickoff
Will FC Dallas be able to put away a team they should beat?
Let’s face it, Dallas does play down to opponents that are weaker than them (both on paper and on the field). San Diego is a team that is struggling hard right now to find consistent form, and by all measures, Dallas should handle this game without any issues. This is the kind of game though that Dallas has to find a way to get over their own inconsistency against weaker teams and pick up a vital three points before a busy month of August hits the schedule next week.
