FC Dallas is getting set to host a rare late-season non-conference match with the Columbus Crew tonight.
Lineups are in from both sides. Let’s dive into what Eric Quill’s starting group looks like, who is on the bench, and who we believe will see minutes off the bench in this one.
What Changed From Last Match
Quill said we would get this kind of movement in the lineup for this game after the win over San Jose. It makes since with this being the middle match of a three games in seven days stretch.
Patrickson Delgado, Ran Binyamin, Santiago Moreno, Chris Cappis and Nolan Norris all return to the lineup as a result of that rotation.

Bench
Who should come off the bench?
We discussed the rotation above for tonight’s lineup, and we’ll likely see the guys that were replaced from last week’s starting group off the bench tonight. That would mean Ibeagha, Johansson, Job, Kaick, and Valiente.
Key Question Heading Into Kickoff
Can FC Dallas end a long drought against the Crew?
Since MLS has expanded to 30 clubs, playing a team like Columbus on an annual basis hasn’t happened as often. But the fact remains, Dallas hasn’t beaten the Crew at home since 2011. Dallas has already broken some cycles this season in New York, San Jose and Colorado, so why not add Columbus to that mix?
