FC Dallas continues its three-game homestand this weekend as they look to lock up the Copa Tejas crown for 2026 when they host Austin FC.

What Changed From Last Match
As we dive into this week’s game, Quill has a few changes from last week’s group that defeated Portland. Petar Musa returns to the starting lineup, as does Osaze Urhoghide.
Musa is still one goal shy of the club’s all-time single-season goal scoring mark. He’s got four goals in six games against Austin. Now feels like as good of a time as ever to do it.
The lineup from the club is rather interesting, as the club’s social graphic has Kaick lined up more in the attack with Chris Cappis coming back into the middle next to Ramiro. Quill clearly wants to control the middle of the field in this one with a move like this.

Who should come off the bench?
Part of me does love seeing three attacking options on the bench in Farrington, Sarver and Moreno. I think at least two of those three get in, but I could see a scenario where all three come off the bench tonight along with Johansson and Norris.
Key Question Heading Into Kickoff
Can Dallas make it four in a row?
You have to go back to the 2018 season to find the last time FC Dallas rattled off four straight wins. If they can manage to do it tonight, it will be against one of their main rivals and secure Copa Tejas for the 2026 season. Austin is on a bit of a bender of their own at the moment, so this won’t be an easy straight-forward game for Dallas.
