FC Dallas hasn't won back-to-back games on the road in a very long time (late July 2021). Tonight they look to pull off a big one as they take on Atlanta United.
Both teams have their lineups in, so let’s discuss them ahead of tonight’s match.
Quick thoughts
Following their win at home last week against Sporting Kansas City, head coach Eric Quill has put out the same starting XI from that 2-1 win.

Quill continues to use a 4-3-3 (likely a diamond formation) with Petar Musa sitting atop the attack with Lucho Acosta and Leo Chu in support.
The other side of the midfield below Acosta will have Sebastien Lletget and Patrickson Delgado as linking midfielders with Ramiro Benetti as a defensive cover.
The defense in front of goalkeeper Maarten Paes will have Nolan Norris making his second start in the place of the injured Marco Farfan. He’ll be next to Osaze Urhoghide, Sebastien Ibeagha and Shaq Moore.
Who we could see off the bench
Being on the road should mean we’ll see Quill go to his bench a bit more in the second half. He’ll have plenty of options, but lately, he’s mostly gone with Logan Farrington, Tsiki Ntsabeleng, but I also see Anderson Julio as an option tonight. And maybe more Kaick?
