We are wrapping up the preseason today as FC Dallas is getting ready to take on Eastern Conference foe Atlanta United.

Both teams have their lineups in, so letโ€™s dive into what to expect this morning.

According to Atlanta United, this friendly will be three 45 minute periods.

Quick thoughts

If you are wondering what the first team should look like next weekend in Houston, this may be very close. Weโ€™re getting our first chance to see Lucho Acosta in a Dallas uniform.

We're also getting to see Ramiro Benetti make his Dallas debut this preseason.

Some of the intriguing names in the lineup are Pedrinho and Logan Farrington. New manager Eric Quill appears to really like what he is seeing out of Pedrinho this winter, so he could be inching his way into a starting spot next week. Farrington is in for Musa.

Who we could see off the bench

Given the three 45-minute period set up today, I would expect the main first team to get 60-75 minutes before we start seeing big rotations for the final 45 minutes.

Here is what Atlanta is working with

So, they didn't put out a lineup card anywhere that I could find.

But, this will be the first chance to see newcomer Latte Lath in an Atlanta United uniform, after he received his visa and joined training on Thursday. Between him and Miguel Almiron, the Five Stripes are pretty stacked again this season.
