The latest FC Dallas injury report is out ahead of their match against the San Jose Earthquakes. Below is who will be unavailable for tomorrow night’s game.
Here is the official list from MLS and FC Dallas1:
Out: Logan Farrington (lower body)
Questionable: none
Suspended: Sam Sarver
On Loan: Malachi Molina (Nashville SC), Enzo Newman (North Texas SC), Jaidyn Contreras (Tigres)
Unavailable (off-roster): Daniel Baran, Benji Flowers
International Duty: none
BDS Notes:
FC Dallas manager Eric Quill will have limited attacking resources available this weekend. Logan Farrington is listed as out for a third straight game with a lower body injury. Again, we saw Farrington at the Seattle game walking around with a boot on his foot, so it is something related to his ankle or foot.
One guy we knew wouldn’t be available is Sam Sarver. The Dallas super-sub was given a straight red in Houston last weekend for his involvement with the Dynamo fans following the stoppage-time goal by Petar Musa. He’ll be suspended for Saturday’s game and next Wednesday’s game.
This is also the start of another three games in seven days stretch for FC Dallas, but at last this time around, the only road game comes next weekend in Kansas City.
I see Quill making a couple of changes for tomorrow from last week’s group that picked up a draw in Houston. As much as I was tempted to keep Daniel Job in the starting lineup, I think he’s a better option off the bench in this one, similar to how Sarver was against the Quakes back in May.
Here is what I am thinking for tomorrow’s lineup.
