After two weeks of FC Dallas being away in Portugal for the preseason, the club has been back this week in Frisco preparing for a rare rivalry game in February against the Houston Dynamo.
Yeah, we’re going to see a lot of Houston this month with the regular season opener in two weeks at Houston.
As FC Dallas gets ready to host its first preseason game at home this year, let’s dive through a couple things to keep a look out for tomorrow as the two Texas Derby rivals square off against one another.

One thing was fairly consistent for Eric Quill and FC Dallas during their two preseason games in Portugal: he didn’t waver much from the same two lineup groups.
If Quill knows he wants to use a specific group for games starting out this season, I say spend as much time making sure that group is ready to go as a unit. The same can be said for its backup group as well.
