The first Sunday matchday is here for FC Dallas as they are in South Florida to take on Inter Miami.

Both teams have their lineups in, so let’s discuss them ahead of tonight’s match.

Quick thoughts

Once again, no Petar Musa, Leo Chu or Sebastian Lletget. We knew that going into Sunday’s game that Eric Quill would need to rotate his lineup a bit against Miami. He does make a couple of changes from last week’s group that picked up a scoreless draw in Minnesota.

Back in the mix today is Lucho Acosta, he’ll be in support of Anderson Julio and Logan Farrington in the attack.

Defensively, behind Acosta will be the group of Show, Ramiro and Kaick. Yeah, a very defensive group to say the least.

The back line will see Sebastien Ibeagha return to the starting group, alongside Osaze Urhoghide in the middle, with Nolan Norris and Shaq Moore on the wings. Maarten Paes will be in goal searching for his second shutout of the season.

Who we could see off the bench

Due to the injury situation, the bench is rather thin today. Tsiki Ntsabeleng is back on the bench. He could be a nice change of pace at some point in the second half. The same could be said for Bernard Kamungo or Pedrinho. Tarik Scott has been pretty hot with North Texas SC, perhaps we could see a late sub with his name on it, too?

On the defensive side, I could see a situation where Lalas Abubakar comes on late to help preserve a point or even the lead if it gets to that point.
