The FC Dallas Panic Index breaks down the roster into tiers, from players with little concern to those under serious pressure heading into the season.

The World Cup break has arrived and FC Dallas has had about three months and 15 matches to show us who they are in 2026. At this point, the grades are mostly written - some guys have made their case, some are still waiting for a moment that hasn’t come, and a few are in full “what the hell is going on” territory.

The Panic Index is back for another round. Same rules apply as our first installment. Four tiers. An honest assessment of each first team player.

Let’s get into it.

🗒️
Panic Index Level Reasons:

Low/None: There is little to no panic about this group. They’re performing at the level that we expect them to this season.

A Slow Simmer: The panic meter is starting to move a little bit, but not by a ton. Let’s just say we’re keeping an eye on this group for movement one way or the other.

Getting Warmer: The burners are clearly on with this group, something isn’t quite right at the moment.

It’s Hot In Here: The heat fully on with this group. Maybe it is an injury or maybe it is poor form, either way, something is off here.

Panic Level: Low/None

June Index: Petar Musa, Logan Farrington, Shaq Moore, Osaze Urhoghide, Kaick, Nolan Norris

Notes: Outside of injuries or yellow cards, this group has had a strong 2026 thus far. I’d even go as far to say that you can always write their names in ink when making the roster.
