It is hard to believe it but tomorrow is Christmas Day.
If you are like me, you are probably racing to get those last minute gifts for some friends and family as the big day draws near.
Just like we've done in recent years, it is time to write out our wishlist for FC Dallas. Some of the items feel like they are already in the works, which has been kind of unexpected given how the 2024 season went for the club.

More ambition from the Hunts
In a way, we're already getting this from Dan and Clark this winter. Sure, the coaching hire of Eric Quill may not feel super ambitious to most out there, but the rumored and reported moves going on right now tell a different story.
From trading away a Homegrown Designated Player, a former DP and potentially their most versatile player for another TAM attacker, this offseason is playing a different tune from the Hunts. While I would prefer the Ferreira move to be a transfer overseas that yields some serious allocation money for the club, that move just isn't there right now.
Still, this ambition is a great start for the Hunts. As MLS is evolving, they need to find ways to keep up. Aggressive moves like this are a decent start.
