FC Dallas wrapped up a busy month of May with a not-so-great record in league play. They had six games and ended winless with a 0-3-3 record, along with getting outed in the Round of 16 of the US Open Cup against New York.
Eight games total in a single month is enough to stretch anyone in this league. Some teams are better equipped to handle it, while clubs like FC Dallas struggle their way through it.
The tide did feel like it was turning in the last two weeks. Following the very disappointing loss at home to the Houston Dynamo, FC Dallas had four matches in two weeks, with the final two coming against two of the best clubs in the Eastern Conference.
