BDS Notes:

This big one this week isn’t the injuries, but the suspensions.

As we’ve been discussing all week, FC Dallas will be without Ramiro, Logan Farrington and Petar Musa for this weekend’s game. All three would have likely been starters in Vancouver tomorrow night, but now Eric Quill will need to figure out some different looks to help generate some offense.

I do think Quill will stick with the 3-4-3 (or 5-3-2) formation for this match, but with Bernard Kamungo shifting back into the attack and potentially Nolan Norris in the defense. Norris is back from his time away with the US U-20 national team from their World Cup run that ended last weekend in the quarterfinals. Kamungo could then start next to Anderson Julio in the attack.

We'll see if that is how Quill goes with his roster this weekend. More than likely, we'll see Kamungo and Shaq Moore on the wings, similar to what we saw in LA last weekend. I'm not a huge fan of that. I think Moore has been more effective in the three-man center back set up than on the wings, but with players like Ramiro out this weekend, Quill might have to go this route.

Vancouver does have some notable injuries going into Decision Day. While they did get Ryan Gauld back in recent weeks after he was out for a majority of the regular season, they do have key players like Brian White and Tristan Blackmon out this weekend.

2 Endeley and Newman aren't officially on the club's SEI list but they're both technically going to be out for the rest of the year.
