The FC Dallas season ticket membership information is starting to make its rounds through emails in recent days. The normal renewal information has been part of those communications, but the big news coming from them is how the club is planning to handle the on-going construction at Toyota Stadium in 2026.
Today, a link popped up online with more details outlining what to expect next season.
Here are the main bullet points that we know from it:
Season Schedule Outline
This is fairly basic knowledge for any MLS fan these days. The season will start early in the year, and end around November with the playoffs and MLS Cup. The other part we all know is how the league will need to break for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the summer.
- MLS season to begin in early February and run through mid/late May
- MLS to take a break from mid/late May to mid-July for the 2026 FIFA World Cup
- MLS to resume in mid-July through November with MLS Cup Playoffs to follow.
Midsummer shutdown in Frisco
Here is the big nugget to discuss, though. FC Dallas is planning to be very road heavy with their schedule next summer.
When the MLS regular season schedule resumes Post-World Cup break, FC Dallas is expected to play a series of road matches and will not host home matches from mid-July through August 31.
September Plans
Once the calendar flips to September next year, so should the stadium. The club is hopeful that construction will allow them to close down the West side of the stadium and open up the newly renovated East side of the stadium.
Here are the items the club expects to have in place:
- New Expanded Concourse
- 15% Increase in Restroom Amenities
- 20% Increase in Concessions, including Self-Checkout Market Experience
- New Team Store
- 100% Covered Seating
- New 10,000 Square Foot Club with 1,000 Square Foot Bar (exclusive to Club Seat Holders)
- New 21” Mesh Club Seats (exclusive to Club Seat Holders)
- New Public Gate Entrance in SE Corners (behind Sections 122/123)
