FC Dallas picked up its second home win of the season with a 3-0 win over St. Louis CITY SC.

Petar Musa scored his 10th and 11th goals of the season, while Kaick scored his first regular season goal to help FC Dallas end a seven-game home winless streak.

FC Dallas got on the board first in the 24th minute on a rocket of a shot from Kaick. After a quick build up along the right side of the field, Sebastian Lletget played the ball into Musa inside the penalty area and then he laid it back to Kaick who one-timed a shot into the top left corner.

Instant Reaction: Ah. Finally. A positive result at home that felt like a complete performance from this group. Sure, it helps that St. Louis is not great. But you take this result and build off it if you can. There will be plenty to talk about from this one between not starting a true ten (and playing well), to the young guys getting minutes, to the result itself.

Random Stat for the night: With the lead at halftime, it was the first halftime lead for FC Dallas since its win over Sporting Kansas City on March 29.

About the Subs: In the 66th minute, Eric Quill brought Shaq Moore and Marco Farfan on for Josh Torquato and Kaick. Six minutes later, Quill did a second double-sub by bringing on Osaze Urhoghide and Patrickson Delgado for Alvaro Augusto and Bernard Kamungo. Shortly after Musa’s first goal, Sam Sarver came on for Logan Farrington.

Man of the Match: Musa was excellent again in this one. Kaick also showed well with his ridiculous goal in the first half.

Where does this fit into the season: Its a win, folks. These haven’t happened a lot in 2025 but this will push FC Dallas to 25 points on the season and back into 12th place.

What’s next for FC Dallas: FC Dallas wraps up the month of July next week when they host NYCFC on Friday night.
