The MLS season is back tonight as FC Dallas is in Oregon to take on the Portland Timbers in the first game back after a two-month break. 

Lineups are in from both sides. Let’s dive into what Eric Quill’s starting group looks like, who is on the bench, and who we believe will see minutes later on in this one. 

## What Changed From Last Match

It has been a couple of months here, but we do have a few changes to discuss since the win in Colorado at the end of May. 

Daniel gets his first start in goal since coming over from San Jose. Chris Cappis slots into the midfield for Ramiro, who is out injured.

### Who should come off the bench?

There are plenty of good options off the bench, including Petar Musa and Sam Sarver. I think we’ll also get some minutes out of Bernard Kamungo, Ran Binyamin and possibly Sebastien Ibeagha.

### **Key Question Heading Into Kickoff**

*Can FC Dallas pick up where they left off in May?*

The vibes were good in May, like really good. The group is back and ready to begin their playoff push in a good spot, currently fourth place in the Western Conference. Our opponents tonight feel like a new team, thanks to the coaching change they went through over the World Cup break. Let’s hope they don’t get the new coach bump in a game like this.
