Last week as FC Dallas was training, the club alerted fans via Twitter that several familiar faces were back in Frisco including Homegrown defender Justin Che. The tweet led to some speculating that the potential move to German powerhouse Bayern Munich was off for the young defender.
Now a new report from The Washington Post’s Steven Goff states that the two sides are still in talks over the potential move.

Che was impressive during his spring loan to Bayern’s lower division side Bayern II, where he would play in the final eight games of the season, starting six of them.
FC Dallas was reportedly looking for a larger transfer than the one they received from Bayern for Chris Richards a couple of years ago. According to The Athletic, they were hoping to get somewhere between $3-4.5 million for Che.
