Back on December 2, it was reported that Colombian right winger Jader Obrian had offers from clubs in three countries outside of Colombia. While the three foreign clubs were not known at the time, it was widely speculated that Club Juniors FC (Colombia) were the frontrunners to acquire his services.
Two days later, the president of Rionegro Aguilas (Colombia top flight) confirmed the rumors that three foreign clubs had made offers for Jader Obrian.
Today, @FichajesFPCOfic has posted that the MLS club who has made an offer for Jader Obrian is FC Dallas.
Not only that, but the rumor further states that the FC Dallas offer has been accepted and that all that remains are medical exams and the official announcement.

Jader Obrian is a 5’4 speedster who plays right wing for Rionegro Aguilas. He scored 13 goals in 21 matches played across all competitions this season.
Jader drew all this attention by finishing the regular season with six goals in his final six matches. He then followed that up by scoring two goals and one assist in three Liguilla (Playoffs) matches.
