“The central midfielder was consolidated with coach Martin Palermo and will now assume his first challenge abroad when he leaves for FC Dallas of the Major League Soccer (MLS) of the United States.”
Aranguiz is a 21-years old central attacking midfielder, who plays for Union Espanola of the Chilean 1st Division. He was linked earlier this year (January) with a move to MLS, where the club chasing after him was expansion side Los Angeles FC.
The 5 foot 8 inch Aranguiz, played started 15 games (across all competitions) last season, scoring five goals, and five assists. No word on what the transfer fee involved would be, but his club was rumored to be asking 1.5 million dollars back in January.
