There is a new report out of France this morning. L'Equipe is reporting that FC Dallas’ bid for one of Ligue 1’s top attacking players was rejected.
Transferts : Yoann Court (ex-Brest) repousse Dallas

Belle satisfaction de la saison passée (23 matches en Ligue 1, pour 3 buts et 7 passes décisives), le milieu offensif Yoann Court (30 ans) n'a pas prolongé son contrat avec Brest cet été.

Yoann Court is currently a free agent, having decided not to return to Brest (France top flight) following a pretty solid 2019-20 season. The 30-year old attacking midfielder played 23 matches last season, scoring three goals, and lead Ligue 1 with seven assists. His assist numbers were good enough to rank him 7th in assists amongst players in the top 5 leagues.
What does this mean for FC Dallas? Most of us fans were under the impression that the roster was all but set. The fact that FC Dallas has made a move for a top assist man can't go unnoticed. It certainly raises questions about players currently on the roster at minimum.
What do you make of FCD's interest in this player? Is a player on the roster on the move? So many questions! Let us know yours!
