Second goal to the Impact

Montréal strikes first

FC Dallas looks to rebound following their 2-0 loss in LA on Wednesday night as they head north to Canada to battle the Montreal Impact.

Montreal is coming off a midweek game of their own, a 1-0 win in the Canadian Championship against Calvary FC. The Impact are currently seventh place in the Eastern Conference with 33 points, just five points back from fourth place.

FC Dallas notes:

Last time against the Impact. The two sides met in their lone regular season meeting last June in Frisco, when FC Dallas won 2-0. Montreal hasn’t beaten Dallas since their 2015 encounter in Canada.

Key player for FC Dallas - Michael Barrios - I nearly put everyone in the attack again like I did a week ago here but this one feels like we need Barrios to stretch the Montreal defense (which is third worst in MLS in goals given up right now with 47).
