FC Dallas looks to carry their momentum from last weekend’s win over Minnesota into the midweek as they head to sunny California to battle the LA Galaxy.
LA is coming off three straight road losses as they return home for the first time since mid-July. Just one point separates the two clubs in the current MLS standings as they each are looking to stay above the red playoff line.
FC Dallas notes:
Last time against the Galaxy. The two sides met earlier in the season at Toyota Stadium where FC Dallas came out on top in a 2-0 win.
Key player for FC Dallas - Bryan Acosta - While we need the attack to stay at the rate that we saw over the weekend against Minnesota, Acosta was key part of keeping the defense from being put under a lot of pressure. He’ll need to be able to lock down the likes of Zlatan and Pavon before they get through to the backline.
