FC Dallas vs Sporting KC: Game Thread

Here is your thread for today’s match.

MLS: FC Dallas at Sporting Kansas City Peter G. Aiken

FC Dallas looks to rebound from a disappointing result in Minnesota a week ago as they return to the road for the second straight week as they visit Sporting Kansas City.

SKC are coming off a convincing 3-0 win over Vancouver Whitecaps FC at BC Place Saturday. Peter Vermes’ side is hoping to extend their first winning streak of the season to three games with a win tonight.

FC Dallas notes:

Last time against SKC. The 2018 series was an odd one between these two sides. FCD found a rare win at KC at the end of July before dropping a very disappointing 3-2 loss at home in October to close out their home slate for the year.

Key player for FC Dallas - Santiago Mosquera - He’s been looking better with each passing game since returning from injury but this is the kind of game where he needs to find a way to take over in the attack and lead this group once and for all.
