Union snag a winner
Philly ties it up
Then there is also this....
Both clubs are coming into this match on a bit of a hot streak, with the Union unbeaten in their last three games, including a win in Cincinnati last weekend. Dallas on the other hand has won two straight, including their big 4-2 win over conference rivals Real Salt Lake last weekend in Utah.
FC Dallas notes:
Last time against Philly. The lone meeting between the two clubs a year ago saw FC Dallas come out on top by the score of 2-0. Former FCD stars Mauro Diaz and Maxi Urruti scored second half goals to help secure the three points.
Key player for FC Dallas: Pablo Aranguiz - We’ve seen more and more of what he can do in the attack and now that he’s starting to be used on the wing a bit more, his ability to create chances are starting to show. Dallas will need a full effort from him this weekend against a stout Philly defense.
OUT: Cristian Colman (torn ACL), Francis Atuahene (pectoral muscle surgery), Dominque Badji (hamstring injury)
On Loan: Dante Sealy (North Texas SC), Moises Hernandez (San Antonio FC)
