Squad Selection: Who should FC Dallas start against Atlanta United?

FC Dallas hits the road again as they take on the defending MLS Cup Champions.

The weekend is nearly here as FC Dallas is getting set to travel to Georgia to battle defending MLS Cup Champions, Atlanta United.

Last week Luchi Gonzalez brought back some key players that were suspended for the previous road game in Philadelphia. Pablo Aranguiz started on the left wing, while Carlos Gruezo returned to the midfield with Edwin Cerrillo. The big question will be whether or not he will risk brining back Bryan Acosta off his ankle injury. Acosta has been training this week but with a game on turf, risking a player like him may be something Gonzalez will have to weigh.

Are there any moves you’d like to see be made? Maybe bring in Santiago Mosquera over Aranguiz to start? Or has someone like Marquinhos Pedroso earned the chance to start in the back again over Ryan Hollingshead?

Here is what we know in terms of availability for Saturday’s game (some of the loaned players could end up not being on loan, those are fluid each week):

OUT: Cristian Colman (torn ACL), Francis Atuahene (pectoral muscle)

QUESTIONABLE: Dominque Badji (hamstring)

LOAN: Dante Sealy (North Texas SC), Moises Hernandez (San Antonio FC)

DALLAS CUP: Bryan Reynolds (U-19s)
