Make it 6!
SKC is coming into this match on a bit of a rough patch as they are already eliminated from playoff contention despite earning a draw in Portland last weekend, which snapped a four-game losing streak.
FCD on the other hand just needs a point to get into the playoffs here, while hoping San Jose doesn’t pick up a win in Portland.
FC Dallas notes:
Last time against Sporting KC. Historically, FCD has struggled away in Kansas City but earlier in the summer when the two sides met for the first time this season, FCD came away with a big 2-0 win. Dominique Badji and Jesus Ferreira scored 20 minutes apart in each half to secure one of the few road wins in 2019.
Key player for FC Dallas - Michael Barrios - The attack may very well live and die with him. If he isn’t active enough on the right wing (or left), we could continue to see more struggles in the offensive third of the field.
