Zdenek Ondrasek scores game-winner for Czech Republic over England

Cobra is living his best life right now.

It has truly been a magical couple of months for FC Dallas forward Zdenek Ondrasek. On Friday, Cobra and the Czech Republish handed England lost their first qualifier of any kind in 10 years in a 2-1 win.

The loss for England snapped a 43-game unbeaten run in all qualifiers.

Cobra came off the bench in the 65th minute for the Czech side to not only get his first appearance with the senior national team but his first shot on the big stage landed in the back of the net in the 85th minute.

Ondrasek helped seal what was a crucial win for EURO Championship 2020 Qualifiers for the Czech Republic. He will have another opportunity Monday night to add to his goal tally when the Czech Republic take on Northern Ireland in an international friendly.

This adds to Cobra’s tally of goals in recent weeks since scoring against the Montreal Impact in mid-August. This is his eighth goal in all competitions since that wild come-from-behind draw in Canada for FC Dallas.
