Houston wins the USOC...which just feels wrong to type.

Well the USOC is in the books for another year after Houston captured the title last night. Thankfully we can ignore that and move on to the weekend at hand for FC Dallas.

It also didn't hurt that Houston pretty much had home field advantage throughout the entire tournament. But yeah, Manotas was good.

The win for Houston certainly boosts their season a bit, but I think the important thing to note is how clinching a CCL spot will also bring them some extra allocation money to play with this offseason.

Houston have been largely terrible in league play but it didn't matter when it came to the USOC.
