Squad Selection: Does Oscar Pareja go with a new formation in leg two?

New, 2 comments

Oscar Pareja has plenty of choices to make on Wednesday night.

The second leg of the Champions League Round of 16 is here for FC Dallas as they host Panamanian side Tauro FC Wednesday night.

FCD enters the match with a 1-0 hole to make up following their Leg One loss in Panama last week. Oscar Pareja had the first team back on the field over the weekend in a scrimmage against SMU where he played around with his lineup yet again. And in training this week we have word that he has experimented even more with a 3-4-3 type look.

So the question is clear, does he continue his experimenting again on Wednesday or go back to the same 4-2-3-1 look that he used from the start last Wednesday in Panama?

Here is what we know about availability going into Sunday’s game.

OUT: Francis Atuhene (fractured ulna), Kellyn Acosta (sports hernia surgery),

LOAN: Anibal Chala (L.D.U. Quinto)
