How to watch

Kickoff: 1:00 PM

Venue: Tucson, AZ

Projected lineups: So far we’ve seen the 3-5-2 more and more here in the preseason as Oscar Pareja rolled it out from the start on Wednesday in the draw against New England. Because of that we also got to see our first glimpse of Santiago Mosquera too, who shined as he picked up his first assist on a Maxi Urruti goal. Pareja will want to try out this new formation against a better attacking team like Portland as he preps for the upcoming season.

Defensive watch. The three-man back line had some issues on Wednesday giving up two goals. It will be interesting to see if Matt Hedges is back in the lineup after dealing with cold/flu symptoms on Wednesday. If he can be back and healthy for today’s game, we should see him anchor the defense a little more.

What are you drinking?: It is a day game, but also a Saturday. Do you have beer? Wine? Water? Let us know below.
