The rumors linking FC Dallas to young players, just keep rolling in. One of the wildest FCD funny seasons in a long time , now sees the team linked to a big name youth out of England:
Oxford went on loan to Borussia Mönchengladbach last year when he was only 18, and made 8 appearances for their first team. He's got a lot of potential, but he needs first team minutes.— MLS Transfer Buzz (@MLStransferbuzz) December 26, 2018
FC Dallas and #ATLUTD are also named as clubs who are interested. https://t.co/BXEDVBPwul
Reece Oxford is linked to five teams, including FC Dallas.
Reece wants out of West Ham United, leading to speculation that the team will be willing to take less than his current $7 million dollar (Transfermarkt) value.
While the LA Galaxy have the only offer on the table (loan offer), it should be pointed out that Reece is not interested in going on a loan
There's also concern that Reece will turn down any moves to the US, seeing it as a step backwards in his young career.
A member of the England U20s, Reece is a 6-3, 20 year old Centerback. He has eight appearances for West Ham United, five appearances for Reading (loan), and seven appearance for Borussia Moenchengladbach (loan).
Will FCD really spend big on a defender? Is this just a players agent pumping his value? Let us know what you think.
