FC Dallas signs Homegrown midfielder Brandon Servania

New, comments

The Wake Forest freshman had a stellar season.

The offseason rebuild continues for FC Dallas as they have announced another signing today. FC Dallas has added their 19th Homegrown player in midfielder Brandon Servania.

Servania is the 21st academy product to sign with the club as he finished up his freshman year at Wake Forest University where he started 20 games this past season. He ha done of the better freshman campaigns in the country by scoring three goals and adding in 11 assists for the Demon Deacons.

The 18-year old helped lead Wake to the NCAA quarterfinals in the College Cup.

Servania joined the FC Dallas Academy in 2015 and was a member of the U-16 team that brought home the 2016 U.S. Soccer Development Academy National Championship and the U-18 team that captured the club’s first Gordon Jago Dallas Cup Super Group title in 2017.

The Dallas-native should fit in nicely into the FC Dallas midfield behind the likes of Kellyn Acosta, Victor Ulloa and Jacori Hayes.

What do you make of this signing by FC Dallas? Happy to see more youth brought in?
