FC Dallas has added friendlies against Salvadoran Primera Division side Santa Tecla FC and Costa Rican Primera Division club CS Cartaginés, to its preseason schedule.

Santa Tecla FC, who is the Seattle Sounders FC’s opponent in CONCACAF Champions’ League Round of 16, will visit FC Dallas for a match that kicks off at 7 p.m. CT on Wednesday, February 7. FC Dallas will play CS Cartaginés at 4 p.m. CT on Saturday, February 10

Both games will be at Toyota Stadium.

FC Dallas Season Ticket Members will receive free admission to both matches. All tickets will be General Admission seating on the West side of Toyota Stadium.

Adding more meaningful friendlies to the schedule is a good thing for the club as they prepare for the Champions League and the start of the regular season in March. Having two foreign clubs come to town also gives the team a real look at what games in the Champions League could be like this spring.

What do you make of these two friendlies? Do you plan on attending?
