Squad Selection: How much rotation will FC Dallas do against Real Salt Lake?

New, comment

We’ve seen a lot of roster rotation on the road this season, so what should we expect in Utah?

MLS: Atlanta United FC at FC Dallas Jerome Miron-USA TODAY Sports

Once again FC Dallas is faced with another quick turn around as they head to Utah to battle Real Salt Lake tomorrow evening.

As we’ve seen time and time again this season, Oscar Pareja loves to rotate a decent amount when his club is away from home. Given that this is the third game in eight days, we should expect to see a couple changes to the group that beat Atlanta on Wednesday night.

The big question that comes to mind is, do you insert Tesho Akindele after his two goal outburst against Atlanta? Or bring him off the bench again for that late game spark? Also, how defensive do you go here with your lineup on the road?

Here is what we know in terms of availability for Saturday’s game (some of the loaned players could end up not being on loan, those are fluid each week):

QUESTIONABLE: Cristian Colman (high ankle sprain)

EDIT: Colman is not listed on the official injury report that was sent out by FC Dallas.

LOAN: Anibal Chala (L.D.U. Quinto), Adonijah Reid (Ottawa), Brandon Servania (Tulsa), Francis Atauhene (OKC Energy)
