Lineups are in for both sides

The annual July 4th match is here for FC Dallas as they host Atlanta United for the first time.

Both teams are coming off solid results last week as Dallas won in Minnesota and Atlanta picked up three points in a blowout over Orlando.

FC Dallas notes:

Last time against Atlanta. The first trip to Georgia did not go well for FC Dallas as they were shutout 3-0.

Goals need to come. Since the start of last season, Roland Lamah and Maxi Urruti have each scored 18 goals for FC Dallas. No other player has more than four. Needless to say, FC Dallas need scoring to come from some new faces to help those two out.

Key player. Reto Ziegler/Matt Hedges - We know the type of attack that Atlanta has at their disposal here but it will really be down to the veteran center backs to keep the game calm for Dallas in the back and to not play into what Atlanta wants to do on the ball.
