Golden opportunities wasted for FCD
Mosquera has been maybe the biggest threat for FCD in the opening half thanks to plays like this. His speed is just incredible #FCDvPHI pic.twitter.com/CSMWgwEXzq

FCD had a couple big chances on breakaways that were missed by Mosquera and Barrios. Still scoreless 30 minutes in.

The weekend is finally here as FC Dallas is back at home tonight when they host the Philadelphia Union in their only league match of the season.
Both teams are coming off opposite results from last weekend as FCD won in New England and the Union lost to Orlando.
FC Dallas notes:
All-time vs Philly at home. FC Dallas is 5-1-4 all-time vs. Philadelphia Union in MLS regular season matches and 4-0-1 all-time vs. Philadelphia in MLS regular season matches at Toyota Stadium.
Key player. Jacori Hayes - We haven’t touched on Hayes much in our game previews but the second-year midfielder has been lights out so far this season for FC Dallas. You wonder, if he continues to have these types of games like we’ve seen over the last two weeks, will a national team call up be in his future?
