FC Dallas opens up the regular season tonight as they host Real Salt Lake.
Ballgame 1-1 draw
Solid response from FC Dallas in the second half but the late own goal was a nice gift to get the point.
1-1 85th minute - Own goal ties it up
Heck of a finish, I must say. pic.twitter.com/w6Plp56tSX

Big break for FCD as Urruti forces an own-goal!
Halftime: 1-0 RSL
FC Dallas has had the bulk of the chances but the one that counts the most is on the scoreboard. Urruti, Diaz and Barrios have had plenty of chances on goal but Nick Rimando continues to be huge in net. Goals feel like they are coming though for this team.
1-0 RSL 25th minute - Joao Plata
Beautiful through ball by Rusnak to start off the play. Cannon recovers well, but overruns Plata and he makes no mistake. pic.twitter.com/0hjGR6XIgA

RSL is on the board first with a counter attack goal from Plata. Albert Rusnak set up the play and Plata’s speed did the rest. Tough break as FCD was getting some solid chances with Mauro Diaz and Maxi Urruti.
