Many of us wonder about Pachuca’s view of FC Dallas, and the things good and bad that the Liga MX club may be saying, in the lead up to the game.
Wonder no more.
With the 2nd Leg of the Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League Semifinal fast approaching, the Pachuca players and coaches have been subjected to many interviews.
Right Back Raul Lopez
His thoughts on FC Dallas, following the 1st Leg
"Dallas is a very strong team, we noticed it in the first leg, we underestimated them for a while and that cost us the game.”
His thoughts on facing FC Dallas at home in the 2nd Leg
“We already know FC Dallas well, we are going to play a very important match tomorrow and we will win."
"It is a very important game, we are at a disadvantage, but we are in our house and the difference is a goal, we have everything to move to the final”
“Of course we are the favorites against FC Dallas, in our house we are very strong,"
Head coach Diego Alonso
His thoughts on the 1st Leg defeat in Frisco
"In the first game we could have played better. I was surprised by the defeat, but we did half the work, that was to score goal as visitors.”
His thoughts on the 2nd Leg
“Dallas has the advantage, and now we have to win the game”
Star player Hirving “Chucky” Lozano
Thoughts on opponents targeting his recently injured leg
"(Saturday I suffered) a strong cut but I can not say anything, I think that with the things they have done to me is enough, but we have to play on that"
Que no se pierda la bonita costumbre de atentar contra la integridad del 'Chucky' Lozano .

Forward Franco Jara
In the lead up to the 2nd Leg, Jara took to social media, to bask in Los Tuzos 26 game home unbeaten streak
“Perhaps we do not speak or comment on the things that this team and technical staff are achieving, where we are based on sacrifice and humility. But I want to emphasize that we have achieved something historic that not just any MX League team can achieve: we have 26 dates, a year and a half undefeated as a local, without losing any game and we still have five more dates to overcome it. To remain in the history of this club and giving everything for this shirt”
