FC Dallas opens up a new season tonight as they go for more trophies. In their way is Panamanian side Arabe Unido in the quarterfinal round of the CONCACAF Champions League.

Arabe Unido went a perfect 4-0-0 in the opening phase of the competition in a group that included Liga MX side Monterrey. FC Dallas on the other hand went a respectably 2-0-2.

FC Dallas Injury Report

Mauro Diaz (Achilles), Victor Ulloa (sports hernia), Ryan Hollingshead (neck/back)

Game Notes:

Who are they? Arabe Unido have already played seven official matches this year in their domestic league, but their form has not exactly been stellar as they have gone 2-4-1. The club does boast some talented and experienced players that will surely test FCD tonight, including center back Fidel Caesar and attackers Carlos Small and Jose Gonzalez.

Its all on the line. FC Dallas is looking to become the first MLS team to win the competition in its current form and become the first MLS team to advance to the FIFA Club World Cup.
