The new season is finally here as FC Dallas is back in action tonight.

A lot of teams in years past struggle when there are more games on the docket. Thankfully FCD has the depth to deal with it all.
The club is getting a lot of respect going into tonight’s first leg. But Arabe is going to look to play to a draw in this one.

And in all honesty, they should show their CCL opponents loads of respect for beating up a Mexican side in the group phase.
We all know this team has the make up of something special but they now have to put it all together on the field.
I keep saying that as long as FCD starts strong tonight, they won’t have any issues in getting a result out of this one.
On paper, the team is stacked in a way that no other MLS team has been before.
Jesus Ferreira took Argentina by storm two weeks ago but last weekend he and Bryan Reynolds took the GA Cup qualifying by storm for FCD.

It wasn’t a pretty game between the two other MLS sides in the CCL. But I would imagine this was a result both teams will take.

I had no idea Morris had diabetes but good to see that he is able to control it and still play at a high level.
Columbus has some talent on their roster but their defense was a huge issue in 2016. It will be interesting to see if the new additions have the impact that they are hoping for.
