He’s not training in Turkey, his agent is already talking him up again and it appears Club America wants him again. All FCD can do is wait and see.

While it is certainly a big honor, the three do have to find a way to stand out among the large MLS camp that was called up. I do worry about FCD come summer time should all three be apart of the Gold Cup, but we’ll get into that later.

I’m not sure I’m totally on board with Dominic Oduro as the best player the club has ever gotten in the draft but the rest of the list is pretty solid.

I couldn’t agree more with the style of drafting that is discussed for FCD in this mock draft. Just like the top five picks link above suggests, when the club goes defensive through the draft, it usually works.

It is hard to believe it has been this long since this class entered MLS. It is also the draft that brought us Matt Hedges, though he wasn’t a GA.

The Loons have their Superman and Batman for their first MLS season. I’m very curious to see how these two do on a MLS level. Ibarra has been in Mexico for a little while but hasn’t see a ton of action from what I am told.

New Cosmos owner gives club hope but their fate is still tied to NASL | SI.com

Here is the latest in the never ending saga with the second division. It seems the New York Cosmos have a potential new owner but that may not be enough to save things. We’ll know more later today apparently.
