Squad Selection: How does Oscar Pareja handle tonight’s CCL game?

Go all in again or keep some players out for Saturday’s MLS game against LA?

MLS: FC Dallas at Real Salt Lake Jeff Swinger-USA TODAY Sports

Champions League play is always tricky, no matter who you are playing. FC Dallas squares off against the Guatemalan champions CD Suchitepequez tonight in the first of two games with the club.

Oscar Pareja used a group of main starters last weekend in the draw in Salt Lake and will likely do so again on Saturday at home against LA as the club pushes towards a Supporters’ Shield trophy. But how does he handle tonight’s first home game against the Guatemalan side? That is the tricky question. My gut tells me he uses a mixed lineup of players, similar to what we saw against Real Esteli a month ago.

Here is what we do know about availability tonight:

OUT: Zach Loyd

LOAN: Moises Hernandez (Rayo OKC), Timo Pitter (Energy FC)

So who are you starting tonight? Let us know in the comments below how strong of a lineup you think should be fielded tonight.
