It wasn’t pretty at times, and it very much looked like a game in CONCACAF but FCD managed to pull away with the win.
If I were to tell you going into the game last night that Figueroa was going to get a game-winner late in the match, you probably would have laugh hysterically at me.
Yesterday before the CCL match it was made official. We have plenty more planned on this move to discuss.

Matt Doyle went through each clubs’ summer moves here. He saved FCD for last and I love the final comment he made because it is probably something that could actually come true. Thing is he isn’t wrong at all about the lack of a big time scorer here.

There are some interesting names on this list but no one may be bigger to us all here than Kellyn Acosta.
Dang, the Union got much better this week with the deals that they made but this one was definitely interesting. Apparently all sides were good with the move and it wasn’t just New England dumping Charlie Davies.
We all knew this would happen when the Rapids started doing well this season and they were waiting on Tim Howard to arrive.
