FC Dallas looks to advance to the finals of the USOC tonight in LA.

Yesterday afternoon we discussed who should be in the lineup tonight in LA. But this is where you also get to build your own lineup and discuss it too.
How many of you reading this were even alive when FC Dallas last won a title? 1998 was a long, long time ago for this club. But getting over the hump against a team like LA won’t make it any easier.
Even though the club was left with no time to replace Fabian Castillo with anyone big overseas, I’m glad someone like Ryan Hollingshead is getting a shot here.

Our old pal Je-Vaughn Watson was scoring goals again in the USOC to help push New England to the finals. If FCD wins tonight, they’ll host the Revs.
Add another market like Nashville to the mix. I won’t lie, that is one of those dots on the map that I know the league front office would love to add.
While some don’t like the idea of charging more money for clubs, there are those that understand it is a necessary thing. For me it is truly all about weeding out the less serious candidates. I’m willing to bet MLS wishes they could have charged higher back when Chivas was entering the fold.
Right now, it is Sebastian Giovinco’s MLS world and we are just living in it.
Some folks were saying on Sunday that the NY-LA game was the worst officiated game that they’d seen this year. To that I would like to point their attention to a June game between FCD and SKC.
Again I will say, they have the talent to be a contender in this league but I don’t think they are putting together enough to make the playoffs this year.
I love the comment from Alejandro Bedoya about allocation money. I do think MLS needs SAM and CAM to join GAM and TAM.
