I honestly don't know how to start off today's links without discussing at least a little bit about last night here in Dallas. Even as I write this police are still dealing with the numbers continue to rise in terms of injuries and death toll. I hope all of you were safe last night.
Anyways, it is game day here again for FC Dallas as the club takes on San Jose tonight.

With the four day turnaround, followed by two games next week, do you make any changes tonight in San Jose?
A two game road trip on the west coast is always tricky for any club in this league but these are two teams in San Jose and Seattle that Dallas can and should beat.
FCD's newest player is in town and ready to go with the club. Hopefully he can be the spark for the defense to help continue to push things along.
And a little more on the new Trinidadian defender that FCD brought in.
This group never looked like they were going to lose the other night against RSL. Also, good news, the U-18s won their game last night as well. Both teams are advancing!

This is really cool once you get past the whole Sigi Schmid and Bruce Arena talk.
NY sent one of their key players from last season to their main rival yesterday for allocation money. While I get it, I'm still kind of shocked NY traded the guy to a rival.
I did my best to get Mauro Diaz a POW win but the rookie from NYC had more votes.
Some good comments in here about the now former Orlando boss.
And for some super detailed backstory on the move and what is going on in Orlando, you really need to read this piece. Just seeing that this club could go one of two ways (the Portland route, or the TFC route) is very interesting.
It has ben almost two months since the Kei Kamara trade but here is a look at the other Kamara in Columbus leading the Crew.
We know the numbers are way down here but they're also down across the league. No new teams, no World Cup, no big new players...sounds about right.
