Copa America is pretty interesting huh? A couple days into the big tournament and we're already seeing some interesting results.

One scare over the weekend for FCD fans was about Diaz and his little trip to Italy. One thing to remember about him on Instagram is that the dude loves to travel. So take each trip with a grain of salt.
Here is another post from over the weekend that may have been missed as we looked at five players from Copa America that could be good targets for FCD this summer.
It sounds like Kellyn Acosta is done with being a right back in the US system and wants to be considered more for a central midfield role. Which we all know is a good thing and probably a better move down the road. I look at that New England game as proof as to why this is important.
Houston interim coach Wade Barrett wasn't a huge fan of his team playing in the heavy rain for a few minutes last week.

There are some teams that love to play down the middle in MLS with speed and counter attacking flare and then there are those that get on the wings and pipe balls into the middle. It sounds like Sounder fans believe they do the ladder of those two a lot.
The curse of the retroactive suspension is always a fun one in MLS.
I'm always rooting for the Richardson, TX native in MLS and seeing how he didn't make it to Copa (not sure where he was actually going to fit on that roster to be honest) could lead to some better play out of him.

Facing off against the team that beat them in the finals of Copa last year won't be an easy thing to do in the start of this tournament but Argentina has too much talent not to get a result.
It was a big mix of past, present and future for Mexico last night against a pretty decent Uruguay team.
The plan in these kind of tournaments always seem to be the same for the US in the group stage: win one, lose one, tie one and advance. I'm starting to think they'll need to win two though.
