We do not want to talk about last week. If you predicted a goal, you got a bonus point last week since we should have had at least one. That was everybody.
Here are the current rankings:
Standings | |
Taylor | 20 |
Phil | 18 |
Mohammad | 17 |
Cody | 16 |
Nathan | 15 |
It is still anybody's season.
Scoring breakdown for the season will be implemented using the following:
1 for predicting the correct result
3 points bonus for predicting the exact score
3 point bonus (optional) for nailing the correct scorers for FC Dallas only.
Maximum available weekly points are 7 points.
Here are our predictions. What do you think happens tonight?
Name | Result | FCD | RSL | Comments |
Andy Jaeger | ||||
Becky Chabot | ||||
Ben Lyon | Win | 3 | 1 | RSL wilts in the heat after their 4th game in 11 days. Diaz, Castillo, and Urruti are your scorers. |
Cody Gamond | Win | 2 | 0 | Gruezo gets his first and Urruti gets back to it. |
Drew Epperley | Win | 2 | 1 | Returning home gets the team going with a pair of early goals from Castillo and Barrios. The defense once again struggles on a set piece but is able to hold on for the three points. |
Jared Tilley | Win | 2 | 0 | FCD jumps out early behind a Barrios goal. They get a second goal on a counter attack from Castillo. We are celebrate and are all happy for Fabian. |
Jason Poon | Win | 2 | 0 | Fabi does Fabi things. |
Mohammad Bushnaq | Win | 2 | 1 | Castillo grabs that imaginary monkey off his back, juggles it a couple of times, and finishes twice en route to a solid FC Dallas victory at home. |
Nathan Hill | Win | 2 | 1 | FCD gets the benefits of the refs in this one. PK from Diaz and a goal from Barrios are enough to seal the win. |
Phil Luetchford | Win | 3 | 1 | At home, Dallas is 19W-2L-6D since the beginning of last season. We should be expecting to win every home game. FC Dallas is clearly capable of scoring multiple times in a game, like at KC (:scream: :cry:). Real Salt Lake is coming off a midweek game, so they will be tired and possibly rotating starters. But watch out, it could be a trap game as RSL leads the league with 1.89 goals per away game. I think they fall short of that mark, with only one goal via Plata, while Zim, Diaz, and Mikey score for the good guys. |
Ryan Scalon | Win | 1 | 0 | FC Dallas pulls off a good solid win at home with Diaz getting the game's only goal. The game is sluggish overall but overall FCD controls proceedings. |
Scott Hiney | Per the agreement of our loan policy with FC Dallas' front office, Scott Hiney will forfeit his predictions until the loan comes to an end. | |||
Taylor Hester | Win | 2 | 0 | FCD is mad after the KC result and is at home. I think this will end well. Urruti finally gets on the scoresheet again. So does Barrios. |
