One thing a lot of FC Dallas fans are curiously waiting on is to see who gets loaned out to USL affiliate Oklahoma City Energy FC this season. The new USL season recently kicked off with no FC Dallas players making the trip up I-35 to the new affiliate until this week as FC Dallas' Carter Baum reported late Tuesday night that one Homegrown player could be making a debut soon.
Oscar Pareja said Coy Craft is in OKC this week training with @EnergyFC and could possibly play in their game this weekend vs Saint Louis FC— Carter Baum (@CarterBaum) April 5, 2016
This is the kind of news you want to see for Craft who has yet to make a game day roster in 2016. Craft started the season a bit banged up following some preseason trips with the youth national team.
Last year the Virginia native appeared in three games for FC Dallas, including one start against the Columbus Crew.
