The week rolls on as FC Dallas preps for a New York trip.

We're closing in on the end of the month here as FC Dallas is wrapping up their six-game month with a trip to the Big Apple.

Gio starting to make the Galaxy look like a juggernaut |

LA has waited what seems like a long while to get Gio dos Santos going in a Galaxy uniform. The last couple weeks have really shown why the club wanted him in the first place.

Are Toronto FC the best team in the East? |

Right now the top two teams on the other side of the conference line in my mind are in Canada with Toronto and Montreal leading the charge. TFC has done well in this long season opening road trip to get where they are. I'm not too thrilled to get them in their home opener next week.

Jones heard you calling him old, he isn't having it |

Once again Jermaine Jones has come to a MLS team and has really rebooted it. He did it in New England when he first arrived there and now he is doing it in Colorado.

So there was a little ceremony to knock down some shed where the DCU stadium will go. Again, until the dirt has been moved and some steel has gone up, I won't get overly excited about this project.

Not a lot in this one other than the obvious "this will either work or fail" kind of comments. I'm a little surprised this kind of thing isn't running in a NASL market.

Things just aren't going well for the men in the middle of the field these days in MLS. First it was the red cards, then it was just the bad calls left and right, who knows what it next. Maybe a ref will pick up the ball randomly and kick it in the net out of frustration.
