FC Dallas holds strong in latest rankings.

MLS: FC Dallas at D.C. United Brad Mills-USA TODAY Sports

The month of March ended on a high note for FC Dallas as they dominated D.C. United 3-0.

MLSSoccer.com Ranking: 2 (last week 2)

Comment: Put on a clinic against D.C., hitting all the gaps and exploiting their speed advantage on the flanks. As long as Mauro Diaz stays healthy, Dallas are probably the Supporters' Shield favorites.

Soccer America Ranking: 7 (last week 8)

Comment: Deprived of seven players by international callups, FCD struck twice in the first half through Michael Barrios and tacked on a third goal by Max Urruti to win its second straight game by shutout. Chris Seitz saved a penalty kick to defuse United's faint hopes.

ESPNFC.com Ranking: 3 (last week 5)

Comment: D.C.'s defense made it easy, but credit FC Dallas for putting the sword to United on the road in the first half-hour on the way to a 3-0 win. Michael Barrios is sometimes the forgotten man, but he showed his abilities on Saturday.
